DreamIT

The description of the DreamIT project is as reads:

“The focus in this assignment is helping you develop a grant proposal that presents how you will intelligently integrate new technologies to help student understanding within your subject area in a transformational way. Keep the ideas of TPACK front and center as you move forward. Remember the TPACK framework suggests that all three aspects of Content, Pedagogy & Technology should work together in unison (within your specific context) so think of this as you come up with your solution.

Clearly this will vary from individual to individual (remember the idea of “Context” in TPACK) given that you teach different subject matters, to different learners, and as importantly, given that each of you is a different individual, with unique interests and expertise. The format we have outlined will easily generalize or adapt to a variety of grant proposal formats, from local (i.e., right in your district) to national (such as Hewlett Packard).”
